Shipping Policy

At Genesis O₃™, we take great care in the handling and shipment of every order to ensure quality, safety, and integrity.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our product, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

All orders are shipped via UPS and include up to $100 of package insurance coverage provided by the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact UPS within 48 hours of delivery with your tracking number and clear photos of the packaging and product. UPS will initiate a claim and assist you through the process.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Genesis O₃™ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Processing & Carrier Delays

Once your order has been handed off to UPS, delivery times and handling are the responsibility of the carrier. Delays caused by the shipping provider, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control are not eligible for refunds.
